Rhonda A. Hamlin, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a PATH, International certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning (ESMHL). I have over 18 years of experience providing therapy for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health diagnoses and challenges.
Horses have always been a part of my life and I know first-hand the therapeutic and restorative benefits that a relationship with these amazing creatures can bring. At Fair Winds EFP I provide Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) services for children and adolescents struggling with developmental delays, behavioral difficulties, autism, depression and anxiety.
I believe that life challenges are an opportunity for growth, and that we all have the innate ability and resiliency necessary to overcome incredible adversity. I help clients and their families
identify and strengthen their talents, skills and abilities and apply them to confront current and future difficulties. I look forward to partnering with you and your family in developing 1) a more positive relationship 2) more effective and appropriate communication skills and 3) mindfulness and self acceptance .
